Wisconsin Public Union Dispute

If anyone out there can point me to a link that specifically explains EXACTLY what the legislation being talked about contains could you do that here please? Please do NOT post commentary one way or the other to this post, I am trying to get the facts about what is being put on the table regarding the public unions CBA rights, given I’ve heard everything from almost nothing, to everything. The answer is likely somewhere in between. If anyone does have it I’d appreciate it, as I’d love to see where I stand with the facts.
