I just watched the sox beat our team 3 out of 4, You have a great team, And are gona be hard to beat, I just hope we can win our division, If we don’t start hitting it’s gona be a long season.

Well, i don’t think you’ll see a Redsox, Yankee ALCS this year, Hopefully are teams, FINALLY were hitting, getting close to sweeping the Yankees, I love it! They have alot of injuries, So i don’t know how fair it is, You guy’s are gona be tough to beat, If you’re pitching gets healthy. Now i see you aren’t hitting, Better wake up, Rays comming to town………..Good Luck.

Seriously, I am sure various pundits want a Celtics-Lakers final as much as they want to see a Red Sox-Yankees ALCS every year, but as you say, it is not going to be easy.

Detroit may not make it either. . . .

P.S. Some damn good starting pitching. Hope the flu is done with the line-up and the “bats” wake up. Understood that the opponents have had some good pitching as well, but I gather it has to be frustrating to Clay, Josh, and Dice-K to pitch phenomenally and not get a win.

We’re writing on a different note… We have a friend who has advancing stages of ALS and we know this is a charity near to your heart and the hearts of the Phillies organization.

Would you be able to point us to the right people to arrange a personal appearance by you or possibly one of the Phillies for a community benefit on Sunday, June 29th, 2008? The event will be held in Bucks County, near Philly.
