Thanks for taking the time ALL the time to support the troops. Thank you to troops currently serving and who have served in the past. Seeing 168 (so far) posts to thank the troops is an unbelievable thing. It makes myself and my family confident in my decision to join the United States Navy. Though I am excited to leave for boot camp in Feb., I will greatly miss being able to watch the Red Sox every game these coming years. Thanks again Curt for always taking the time to recognize our true everyday superheroes.

Curt,
A huge THANK YOU for taking the time out to thank the troops stationed over seas fighting for everyone's freedoms. It is refreshing to see people taking time to say thank you to the very men and women who give up so much to defend not only this nation but every other freedom loving nation in this world.
My younger brother SGT. Pete Klementowski is stationed with the 511th mp co. out of Fort Drum N.Y. He is serving his 3rd tour of duty in iraq and I know he is grateful to those people who understand what the armed services are doing. Jamie and his wife ( let us not forget those families who are left behind at home ). Thank You a million times over again for what you both have giving to this nation. Also a Thank you to men and women like Spc. John Tollefson who lost their lifes fighting us. Lastly Thank you to all vets of all america's wars and conflicts, let us not forget what they gave up for our freedoms. I strongly encourge people to say thank you to all vets, many people don't understand how much that means to these people. It doesn't matter if it's the 80 year old who stormed the beaches of normandy or the 50 year old who stood watch in the jungles of nam. JUST SAY THANK YOU.

THANK YOU to all of the men and women who have given up their freedom in order to fight for our freedom

I am the proud wife of a retired [24 years] Air Force veteran, who served in the Viet Nam War and retired after Desert Storm.

There is no way that I can express my gratitude to the people who serve or have served our country

This is a website [probably one of many] that you can 'adopt' a deployed soldier http://www.angelsncamouflage.org/

Curt, I'm a true blue Dodger fan but also a fan of men of courage. You and our veterans both fit that description. I gave a Veteran's Day lesson to a bunch of kids at a little old church in Hollywood, Ca, trying to teach then in 3 minutes or less what the holiday was all about. Shaking a hand and saying thanks to a vet you happen to see at the mall or elsewhere. He gets it. My kids have been brought up doing that. They get it. Saying a simple thanks to the true American heroes that live around us and to those who no longer do. Its tough to do without emotion. That's cool. Bravery, sacrifice, devotion and servanthood. Hero.

God bless our troops, veterans and their families.
God bless you too Curt.
See you at the L.A. Coliseum in March. Go easy on my boys.

Curt thanks for helping so many of the NATION'S dreams come true the last several years with two world championships. I am a retired Air Force member who now works as a civilian on the C5 aircraft in Dover DE. I do not know how many of your readers know about Westover AFB in western Mass. who also fly the C5. While we enjoyed our Thanksgiving many of these men and women, along with thousands of others, were protecting ouy way of life. And asked for NOTHING in return. Please let them know how much we appreciate them every day, and pray for there safe return. THANK YOU!

I want to say a special "thank you" to all of our men and women who are serving in the armed forces! I applaud all of you and your efforts. You are providing services for those who cannot provide for themselves and protecting people at the same time. All of you are truly incredible human beings for doing such a wicked awesome job (had to use the accent at some point, couldn't resist)! Keep up the great work and we are all hopeful for a safe and happy return HOME for all of you!!!
